The seconds part of the story stars Shilo, the sickly, 17 years old daughter of doctor Nathan Wallace (AKA: Repoman) who has been trapped in her bedroom her entire life due to her illness and only wishes to live in a world outside her bedroom. But as she enbarks on adventures through an urban landscape constructed of metal gear, corpse piles, and regular kills by the Repoman, she will discover the most gruesome truth she could never have imagined.
